The Neptune Festival returns 9/29/23-10/1/23, and is actually a combination of 40 different events held throughout Virginia Beach each year? Next weekend’s Boardwalk Festival is the final celebration of the season and will feature concerts, the Sand Sculpting Championships, and of course food and art vendor (including some familiar faces from our market!) See the list of Old Beach Artisans participating on their website and add the festival to your plans for next weekend!
